Jackson Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc

Greetings, and welcome to the Jackson Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. website. We hope you will explore our site to learn more about our chapter and our grand fraternity. Join us as we continue to achieve in every field of human endeavor.

In 1940, three members petitioned the Grand Chapter convention in Kansas City for a Misssissippi charter in Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated. They were Brothers Maceo A. Hair, Harold Jacobs and Tellis B. Ellis, Jr. The Jackson Alumni Chapter was chartered on February 21, 1941. The Jackson Alumni Chapter has since remained relevant to the community at large while continuing to provide a means for fellowship in the spirit of fraternity.

Through the chapter's leadership, a legacy has been established that will lead us from this point and beyond. It is our history that shapes this chapter. Every New Year, every administration is an additional piece of the puzzle placed together to bridge brotherhood and unity.

We hope to further our involvement and affirm our commitment to the improvement of the communities in which we live while fostering an environment of respect, empowerment and pride.
